250g Potatoes | medium sized, boiled, peeled and quartered

Deep fry the boiled potatoes pieces until it looks golden and crisp on the outside. Drain off excess oil. Place the potato pieces on a tray lined with absorbent paper towel for about 10 minutes. Place the potato pieces in a salad bowl. Add the 50g onion (chopped fine), 1 green chili (chopped fine) and ¼ cup coriander leaf (chopped fine), ¼ cup mint leaf (chopped fine), 2 Tbs lime juice, 2 Tbs tamarind water and 3 tsp classic chatpata chaat masala. Thoroughly mix the contents of the bowl. Serve warm.
