250g Potatoes | wedges
150g Capsicum | lengthwise strips

Heat 2 Tbs oil in pan; add ¼ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp cumin seed, 1 pinch asafetida and ¼ tsp turmeric powder. When cumin starts to crackle, add potatoes and stir till potatoes are partially fried. Add 1½ tsp chef’s secret super spice and stir in. Add capsicum, salt (to taste), ½ tsp sugar and ½ tsp dry mango powder. Stir-fry for around 30 seconds. Lower heat, cover pan and cook till potatoes are done.
